If you are absent of communication of any of these mediums you must give prior notice ASAP if communication is blocked and leadership cannot be reached or reach you, A light penalty of removal from the active members listing on the web site. If you choose to come back you will be put back on the list but you will loose your rank and must regain it again by the same process from which you started it. |
| B. If a member has knowledge of an issue pertaining to the pack's status as being threatened by that issue, a executive member (Advisor/Beta/Master Advisor/Alpha) must be notified and relayed to the Alpha immediately. |
| C. If you cannot make a meeting or meetings period please tell a executive member and have them relay it to the Alpha. Meetings are important and missing them needs to be avoided, plan into them. If the meeting time conflicts with something in your real life, please let the Alpha know and you may be excused. |
| D. Any issues between pack members that are of negative nature should be discussed to a Beta or the Master Advisors. It is the Beta and Master Advisor's job to deal with such issues. A report of the conflict and resolution needs to be brought to the Alpha's attention after it is handled. |
| E. Anything else that seems to be of great important that deals with communication to further the pack's functions or protect it needs to be reported to an executive member preferably the Master Advisor if its a somewhat consequential issue. |

Alphas are very busy and very piled up with tasks, try not to overload them. Normal Advisors do not account as executive members. Again as stated before, if a problem occurs the resolution must be documented and brought to the Alpha's attention AFTER it is resolved if it can. |
| Order V: Courtesy Be courteous to others its common sense, if you have problems with people for unprovoked reasons please keep it to yourself. If someone bothers you enough that you cant, please try to resolve it between yourselves in a nice civil fashion. Communicate with each other. If someone is going overkill with a harsh topic such as joking about things that relate but not promote drugs, alchohol, exessive cussing, interupting constantly in TS, not giving others a chance to talk, and cut downs (insults) you may ask them to calm down and please refrain, if its a cut down/insult, please tell a Beta or higher executive member privately do not attempt to silence the issue yourself. |
